The Normandy Region in France is seeking a service provider to update its regulatory Greenhouse Gas Emissions Assessment for the 2025 reporting year. The procurement covers a study of direct and indirect emissions produced by the regional administrative entity. The assessment must account for emissions related to the property and the responsibilities of the local authority. The work will be paid at fixed prices.
