Actualisations de l’analyse des effets combinés (AAEC) du programme de décarbonation et de réindustrialisation de la zone industrialo-portuaire de Fos et du pourtour de l’étang de Berre Le marché a pour objet l’actualisation des analyses des effets combinés du programme de décarbonation et de réindustrialisation de la zone industrialo-portuaire de Fos-sur-Mer et du pourtour de l’étang de Berre. L’analyse porte actuellement sur 28 projets et se projette à l’horizon 2040. Elle dépasse le cadre réglementaire prescrit par le code de l’environnement et s’applique à un périmètre temporel et géographique large en intégrant les projets connus souhaitant s’implanter sur ce territoire, dont certains ayant fait l’objet d’une autorisation ou d’un avis de l’Autorité Environnementale (MrAe, IGEDD ou Ae). Elle tient compte de 3 échelles géographiques : le môle central, la ZIP, la zone globale s’étendant jusqu’à Manosque (04) et Jonquières (30).
