Référencement des laboratoires d'analyse de la qualité du biométhane - DTI/NATIONAL. Les prestations attendues s’articulent autour de : -L’analyse et de contrôle de la qualité du biométhane; -Fourniture et transport des consommables nécessaires pour les prélèvements, -Fourniture des protocoles de prélèvement à respecter, -Transport des échantillons de biométhane; -Réalisation des analyses des échantillons de biométhane et livrer le rapport d’analyse dans les délais impartis; -Restituer les préleveurs aux régions GRDF dont ils sont issus après les avoir vidés et nettoyés (purge à l’azote). La procédure se déroule en 2 phases : -appel à candidature : examination de la recevabilité des candidatures; -procédure formalisée : examination de la recevabilité de l'offre technique et financière (uniquement pour les candidats invités à soumissioner) Les informations relatives à la partie offre seront communiquées uniquement aux candidats retenus à l'issue de la phase candidature.
