Le présent marché a pour objet des prestations de recouvrement amiable et, le cas échéant, judiciaire de créances auprès des locataires de C.L.A.H Le présent marché est conclu sous la forme d'un marché ordinaire à rémunération sur recettes par retenue à la source. Ce mode de rémunération signifie que le titulaire n'est pas rémunéré sur le budget propre du pouvoir adjudicateur, mais par prélèvement direct, à la source, de sa commission sur les sommes qu'il recouvre auprès des locataires débiteurs, tiers au présent marché La durée du marché court à compter de la notification pour une période de 24 mois ferme Le marché est conclu à rémunération sur recettes : la rémunération du titulaire est exclusivement assise sur les sommes effectivement recouvrées pour le compte du pouvoir adjudicateur (rémunération « au succès »), et prend la forme d'une retenue à la source opérée par le titulaire au moment de l'encaissement, préalablement au reversement du solde net au pouvoir adjudicateur
