Description

L'accord-cadre composite comporte un volet A pour les prestations forfaitaires (maintenance des ascenseurs) et un volet B pour les prestations soumises à bons de commande (voir BPU). Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les candidats sont autorisés à présenter une offre pour un ou plusieurs lots, ainsi que pour l'ensemble des lots de la consultation. Toutefois, afin de garantir une répartition équilibrée des prestations et de préserver les conditions de concurrence, il est précisé qu'un même soumissionnaire ne pourra se voir attribuer qu'un (1) seul lot. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée globale maximale de 48 mois, soit quatre (4) ans fermes. Le point de départ de l'accord-cadre est fixé à la date de notification du marché au Titulaire, ou au 1er janvier 2027, soit la date la plus tardive des deux ST-GENIS-POUILLY / RILLIEUX-LA-PAPE / ANNECY<br/>; BOURGOIN JALLIEU / OYONNAX / BOURG-EN-BRESSE<br/>; TREVOUX / ST REMY / VILLEURBANNE<br/>
