L'objet de cet achat concerne les prestations d'appui et de professionnalisation pour la prévention des risques liés au travail en relation avec le public auprès des Unités d’Enedis : Prestations de formations à la Prévention des Risques Incivilité Violence et Agression. Ce marché cadre aura une durée de 8 ans dont 5 ans fermes. EDF SA émet cet avis de marché en son nom et pour le compte d'ENEDIS. Enedis est l’opérateur en charge de la mission de service public de distribution d’électricité pour le compte de l’ensemble des fournisseurs. Cette mission est exercée par 38 000 salariés. Les activités sont exercées sur tout le territoire de France métropolitaine. L’organisation est découpée en unités métier (établissements au sens du code du travail). Outre les fonctions support (DIR2S) et les fonctions nationales d’Enedis, l’organisation comporte 25 Directions régionales chargées de l’exploitation du réseau d’électricité (25 DR). Les salariés de ces dernières sont les plus exposés aux risques liés aux activités en relation avec le public. En dépit des mesures de prévention mises en œuvre, les salariés d’Enedis peuvent être, dans le cadre de leurs missions quotidiennes, confrontés à des faits d’incivilités, de violence, ou d’agression. Sont concernés ; les salariés intervenant sur le terrain au contact des clients, les salariés en contact téléphonique avec des clients, ou d’autres parties prenantes externes mais aussi des incivilités et violences entre salariés sur le lieu de travail. Cet achat concerne les prestations d'appui et de professionnalisation pour la prévention des risques liés au travail en relation avec le public auprès des Unités d’Enedis : Prestations de formations à la Prévention des Risques Incivilité Violence et Agression.
