Le présent marché a pour objet la mise en propreté des parties communes d'immeubles et / ou le traitement des ordures ménagères et déchets recyclables des immeubles de RATP HABITAT et RATP HABITAT INTERMEDIAIRE ainsi que le remplacement des gardiens. Le terme « entretien » désigne l'obligation pour le titulaire de maintenir pendant toute la durée du marché, le bon état de propreté (sans salissure et sans souillure) des espaces qui lui sont confiés, pour contribuer à la valorisation du patrimoine et à la qualité du cadre de vie des habitants, et ce conformément à l'ensemble des pièces contractuelles formant la présente consultation et aux instructions du pouvoir adjudicateur (bons de commande)
