La présente procédure a pour objet de confier à un concessionnaire la gestion et l’exploitation de la librairie-boutique du site François-Mitterrand de la Bibliothèque nationale de France (Paris 13ème arr.) en vue de commercialiser des articles destinés aux visiteurs du site (salles de lecture, expositions…) et à une clientèle de destination.La présente consultation ne donne pas lieu à un marché public mais à contrat de concession de services, dont le projet est joint à la consultation. Les candidats sont tenus de respecter les règles qui y figurent. En contrepartie, le concessionnaire verse à la BnF une redevance.
