Les missions attendues sont l'organisation, la production et la commercialisation de services de transports publics réguliers interurbains prenant la forme d'une ou plusieurs lignes, parmi lesquelles une liaison transfrontalière express entre Annecy et Genève à destination des pendulaires frontaliers du bassin de vie annecien vers le bassin de travail genevois et de liaisons interurbaines transfrontalières ou strictement françaises à destination d'autres usages, notamment à destination des habitants de la Communauté de Communes du Pays de Cruseilles. L'exploitant sera notamment chargé : - De la gestion technique et commerciale du service public, dans le respect d'obligations de qualité et de sécurité et assurant le contrôle et la lutte contre la fraude et les incivilités ; - Du suivi de l'exécution du service - De la mise à disposition des moyens humains et matériels nécessaires à l'exploitation du service (véhicules et sites de maintenance et remisage) ; - De l'entretien courant et le renouvellement des biens affectés au service public ; - Du respect des exigences en matière de coopération tarifaire, billettique et information-voyageurs avec les différents partenaires concernés ; En 2024, l'exploitation du service (ligne 272) a donné lieu à la production de 1 246 063 kilomètres commerciaux, pour environ 4 MEuros de charges et 1,8 MEuros de recettes issues des usagers. Le nombre moyen de véhicules utilisés sur cette ligne est de 15 hors réserve, affectés à 100% pour l'exploitation de la ligne 272
