Description

La présente consultation fait suite à la procédure déclarée sans suite et portant la référence : 2026-3DTM-0046 (procédure initiale 19 lots). La présente consultation ne concerne que le lot 80. En conséquence, compte tenu de l'obligation d'assurer la continuité du service public de transports scolaires, conformément à l'article R2161-3 du code de la commande publique, les délais normaux de réception de candidatures et des offres sont rendus impraticables. Ainsi le pouvoir adjudicateur réduit les délais de remise des offres à 15 jours. La procédure de passation du présent accord-cadre, qui sera confier à des entreprises de transports scolaires, se décompose en 19 lots. La prestation consiste à mettre en oeuvre les circuits de transports scolaires concernés suivant les itinéraires et horaires définis dans le cahier des charges. Le nombre de jours prévisionnels de fonctionnement pour la rentrée scolaire 2026-2027 donné à titre indicatif, pourrait s'établir comme suit : - Pour les collèges et lycées : 175 jours/an - Pour les écoles primaires : 140 jours/an - 1 aller (matin/1 retour soir) par jour selon calendrier scolaire Les prestations sont alloties, chaque lot étant un Accord cadre à bons de commande assorti d'un minimum et d'un maximum exprimés en quantité précisés ci-après : - Lots 74, 75 ( Ligne PM ), 76, 77 ( Ligne PM ), 78, 79, 80, 81, 83, 84, 86, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92 Minimum 420 jours - Maximum 510 jours - lots 75 ( Lignes CL ) 77 (Lignes CL), 82, 85, 87 Minimum 525 jours - Maximum 630 jours PM509 PASTORECCIA - BISINCHI - EP PONTE NOVU / PM597 CASALTA -SILVARECCIO - ECOLE PRIMAIRE DE LORETO DI CASINCA Montant HT estimé du lot pour la durée totale du contrat : 197 064,00 Euro(s) H.T.
