SYTRAL Mobilités organise une démarche de sourcing et d'appel à compétence dans le cadre de la future consultation du réseau unifié de transport en commun pour les périmètres cars interurbains et bus urbains (TCL). Cette démarche ne constitue pas un appel public à concurrence préalable à l'attribution d'un contrat de la commande publique ni une consultation au sens du code de la commande publique. SYTRAL Mobilités organise une démarche de sourcing et d'appel à compétence pour : (I) identifier les opérateurs de transport public susceptibles de prendre part à la future dévolution du réseau unifié de transport en commun pour les périmètres cars interurbains et bus urbains (TCL) organisée par Sytral Mobilités, (II) échanger avec les opérateurs susceptibles d'être intéressés de manière à identifier les modalités de dévolution permettant de maximiser la qualité et l'intensité de la concurrence, (III) affiner à l'occasion de ces échanges la réflexion sur la (les) procédure(s) de consultation des entreprises et les dossiers de consultation des entreprises associés en recueillant notamment toute suggestion utile. Les échanges porteront sur l'intégralité du réseau unifié de transport en commun pour les périmètres cars interurbains et bus urbains (TCL) organisé par Sytral Mobilités. Les services dont l'exploitation est susceptible d'être confiée dans le cadre de la future dévolution sont les suivants : lignes régulières de bus urbains (y compris mini et midibus), lignes régulières de cars interurbains (y compris mini et midibus), services scolaires, services de transport à la demande
