Description

SYTRAL Mobilités organise une démarche de sourcing et d'appel à compétence pour : - Identifier les opérateurs de transport public susceptibles de prendre part à la future dévolution pour l'exploitation du service de transport à la demande destiné aux personnes présentant un handicap moteur ou visuel, sous l'appellation commerciale OPTIBUS ; - Échanger avec les opérateurs susceptibles d'être intéressés de manière à identifier les modalités de dévolution permettant de favoriser l'émulation et la qualité de la concurrence ; - Affiner à l'occasion de ces échanges la réflexion sur la procédure de consultation des entreprises en recueillant notamment toute suggestion utile. La participation au « sourcing » est ouverte à tous les opérateurs susceptibles de pouvoir répondre aux conditions minimales requises à savoir la capacité à assurer des prestations de transport à la demande destiné aux personnes présentant un handicap moteur ou visuel. Cette démarche ne constitue pas un appel public à concurrence préalable à l'attribution d'un contrat de la commande publique ni une consultation au sens du code de la commande publique
