L’accord-cadre concerne la réalisation d’une mission de transport par autocar (aller et retour) des enfants et accompagnateurs de Clisson Sèvre et Maine Agglo, dans le cadre des activités aquatiques des établissements scolaires (lots 1 à 3) et des sorties scolaires vers l'espace culturel Le Quatrain (lot 4), en conformité avec la règlementation existante en matière de transports publics d’enfants et/ou d’adultes. Le(s) titulaire(s) aura (ont) à charge leur transport vers des centres aquatiques différents en fonction de chacun des lots. Il est porté à la connaissance des candidats que les centres aquatiques ne sont pas forcément situés sur le territoire de Clisson Sèvre & Maine Agglo. Le CCP détaille l’étendue de la prestation attendue par le(s) titulaire(s). La date de début de l'accord-cadre est prévue le 1er septembre 2026 ou le jour de la notification au(x) titulaire(s) si celle-ci intervient postérieurement au 1er septembre 2026. La date de fin de l'accord-cadre est prévue le 31 août 2027. L'accord-cadre est reconductible tacitement, il comprend 3 reconductions. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 12 mois.
