Préinformation en vue de l'attribution, après mise en concurrence, d'un contrat de service public pour l'exploitation des services de transport ferroviaire de voyageurs de la Région Centre-Val-de-Loire, pour le lot Rémi "Val de Loire-Sologne-Berry" qui intègre notamment les deux projets de SERM de Tours et d'Orléans. Sous réserve de la décision de l'assemblée délibérante sur le mode de gestion, les opérateurs sont informés que le contrat de service public de transport ferroviaire régional sera attribué après mise en concurrence, conformément aux textes en vigueur à la date de lancement de la procédure. La procédure de passation portera sur les services de transport ferroviaire de voyageurs de l'ensemble lot Rémi "Val de Loire-Sologne-Berry". A ce stade, il est envisagé que le contrat de service public de transport ferroviaire porte sur les lignes suivantes : - Orléans-Vierzon-Bourges-Nevers - Orléans-Vierzon-Châteauroux-Limoges - Tours-Vierzon-Bourges-Nevers - Tours-Port de Piles-Poitiers - Tours-Saumur - Tours-Chinon - Tours-Loches - Tours-Chateau du Loir - Tours-Châteaudun-Chartres - Partie des Orléans-Tours En 2024, l'offre théorique s'élève à 6.6 millions de trains.kilomètres et la fréquentation de ces lignes en 2023 était de 354 millions de voyageurs.kilomètres. La fréquentation est en forte augmentation. L'offre théorique pourra être augmentée jusqu'à 5,6 millions de train.kilomètres supplémentaires à l'horizon de la mise en exploitation de ces lignes dans le cadre du contrat de service public objet du présent avis de préinformation.
