Le présent marché a pour objet le contrôle, la réception, le criblage, la valorisation et le traitement des gravats et déblais issus des neuf déchèteries du SICTOM Nord Allier à raison d'environ 4 500 Tonnes à l'année. Il définit les conditions techniques et organisationnelles relatives à l'évacuation des déchets, à leur orientation vers des filières de traitement ou de valorisation agréées, ainsi qu'à la traçabilité des flux jusqu'à leur destination finale. Dans le cas où le site de tri-traitement se situe à plus de 50 km du siège social du SICTOM NORD ALLIER (03230 Chézy), le titulaire sera tenu de proposer un quai de transfert à moins de 50 km et de prendre en charge le transport des déchets jusqu'aux installations de traitement. Le titulaire devra s'assurer que le quai de transfert possède bien tous les moyens matériels adaptés, en nombre suffisant et devra justifier des moyens mis en oeuvre en cas d'incident d'exploitation. Il devra fournir toutes les caractéristiques et les éléments techniques de cette installation et indiquera les actions mises en oeuvre pour éviter tout risques d'envols. Une déclaration d'exploitation à jour devra être jointe à la réponse du candidat
