La présente procédure concerne une concession de service public au sens des articles L.1121-1 et L.1121-3 du Code de la commande publique (CCP) et de l'article L.1411-1 et suivants du Code général des collectivités territoriales (CGCT). La consultation est organisée conformément aux dispositions du Code de la commande publique et notamment ses articles L. 3111-1 et suivants et R. 3111-1 et suivants relatifs aux contrats de concession et selon une procédure restreinte. S'agit d'un contrat de concession de service public au sens des articles L.1121-1 et L.1121-3 du Code de la commande publique (CCP) et de l'article L.1411-1 et suivants du Code général des collectivités territoriales (CGCT). La procédure est restreinte. Le présent avis de concession concerne la phase candidature de la procédure restreinte qui est de sélectionner les candidats admis à remettre une offre. La durée de la concession est de 12 ans. Cette durée correspond à la durée de l'exploitation du service.
