Le GIE LogiRep-Logistic a la charge de mener la procédure de passation et d'exécution du présent marché, pour son compte et au nom et pour le compte de l'ensemble des entités du Groupe Polylogis, juridiquement liées ou détenues, et plus largement pour le compte de qui il appartiendra, conformément à son objet social. Les entités juridiquement liées ou détenues par le groupe Polylogis sont notamment : LogiRep, Trois Moulins Habitat, LogiOuest, Scalis, LogiRys, LogiCap Ile-de-France, LogiCap Normandie, LogiH, LogiH Normandie, CITAME, LogiRep Logistic, Solilogis, La thoisseyenne, AuxR Logis, Up Factor. Le marché a pour objet : - La mise en oeuvre, l'exploitation, la maintenance et l'évolution de services de téléphonie fixe et mobile convergée, incluant les abonnements, les communications, les plateformes techniques et les services associés ; - La fourniture et la réparation de terminaux mobiles. Compte tenu de ses obligations et afin d'optimiser les coûts que représentent ces moyens de télécommunications, le pouvoir adjudicateur recherche les fournisseurs qui lui permettront d'atteindre entre autres les trois objectifs suivants : - Une qualité de service élevée ; - La maîtrise des dépenses de télécommunications ; - Une garantie de pérennité économique et de solidité financière Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande et à prix mixte (prix unitaires et forfaitaire) pour le lot 1 et à prix unitaires pour le lot 2 La mise en oeuvre, l'exploitation, la maintenance et l'évolution de services de téléphonie fixe et mobile convergée, incluant les abonnements, les communications, les plateformes techniques et les services associés; La fourniture et la réparation de terminaux mobiles
