Description

Toulouse Métropole souhaite recourir aux services d'un opérateur de télécommunication afin de mettre à disposition des entreprises hébergées dans ses pépinières et hôtels d'entreprises, une offre de services professionnels de télécommunications performante. A ce jour, les entreprises bénéficient déjà d'une offre internet 100Mbps garanti et symétrique accompagnée de différents services optionnels. A titre indicatif, les bâtiments accueillant les entreprises sont desservis par la fibre. Les infrastructures numériques publiques sont gérées par la SPL-RIN. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Les prestations seront rémunérées à la fois par application de prix forfaitaires et par application aux quantités réellement exécutées des prix unitaires fixés dans le bordereau des prix. Le montant des prestations pour la période initiale de l'accord-cadre est défini(e) comme suit : 60 000,00 euro(s) Maximum HT Les montants seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction
