Ce marché concerne : - La prestation achetée consiste à venir en appui des équipes RTE du CORS-N avec des compétences techniques de niveau 2 et 3 sur les activités d’exploitation et d’administration des SI de RTE, internes. Le périmètre de la prestation évolue sur les activités d’exploitation et d’administration des SI sur la partie externe (Insertion, administration et exploitation des solutions Cloud de RTE). Au titre de la prestation, voici quelques exemples d’activités attendues sur les différents environnements SI (liste non-exhaustive) : - Administration et exploitation des socles d’infrastructures (stockage, virtualisation...), - Administration et exploitation des applications des SI de RTE, - Maintien en condition de sécurité des environnements SI, - Maitrise de la disponibilité des outils, notamment via les réponses sur incident, - Insertion, administration et exploitation des solutions Cloud de RTE. Le Titulaire répond aux besoins suivants : Au titre de la prestation, voici quelques exemples d’activités attendues sur les différents environnements SI (liste non-exhaustive) : - Administration et exploitation des socles d’infrastructures (stockage, virtualisation...), - Administration et exploitation des applications des SI de RTE, - Maintien en condition de sécurité des environnements SI, - Maitrise de la disponibilité des outils, notamment via les réponses sur incident, - Insertion, administration et exploitation des solutions Cloud de RTE.
