Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture d’une solution logicielle en mode SaaS, destinée à la conception, la gestion et la diffusion d’enquêtes : - Mise à disposition par le titulaire, d’une Solution permettant aux gestionnaires (utilisateurs métiers internes Banque de France) de paramétrer les enquêtes à destination d’établissements (Banques, Assurances, entreprises non financières, …). Ces enquêtes sont complétées par les répondants (utilisateurs représentant les établissements déclarant et répondant aux enquêtes) ; - Prestations de paramétrage et de configuration de la Solution ; - Support et maintenance de la Solution ; - Interfaçage avec l’annuaire de la Banque de France ; - Prestations de formation des utilisateurs ; - Suivi sécurité (sur la base du Plan d’Assurance Sécurité).
