Description

BRL lance une consultation pour la passation d'un accord-cadre ayant pour objet la mise en place, l'exploitation, la maintenance et le support d'une Plateforme Agréée dans le cadre de la réforme sur la facturation électronique. La présente consultation comporte une phase candidatures et une phase offres. Elle est divisée en 3 lots définis comme suit : - Lot n° 1 : plateforme agréée pour le cycle vente de l'activité Exploitation (périmètre BRLE) ; - Lot n° 2 : plateforme agréée pour le cycle vente des autres activités du Groupe hors Exploitation (périmètre BRL, BRLI, PREDICT) ; - Lot n° 3 : plateforme agréée pour le cycle achat de toutes les activités du Groupe BRL (périmètre BRL, BRLE, BRLI, BRLEN, PREDICT). Elle n'est pas décomposée en tranches et la proposition de prestations supplémentaires éventuelles (PSE) facultatives sera ouverte pour le lot n°2 uniquement. Les spécifications techniques minimales que devront respecter les candidats se trouvent dans les CCTP des 3 lots fournis dès la phase candidatures. Le présent lot concerne : Plateforme Agrée pour le cycle vente de l'activité Exploitation (périmètre entité BRLE) : la facturation et la gestion clients de l'activité Exploitation sont assurées par un unique outil X7 de l'éditeur NexPublica (ex Inetum). La proposition de variantes n'est pas autorisée. Le montant maximum pour les prestations à prix unitaires pouvant faire l'objet de bons de commande est fixé à 150 000,00 euros HT.; Le présent lot concerne : Plateforme Agrée pour le cycle vente des autres activités hors Exploitation (périmètre entités : BRL, BRLI, PREDICT) : la facturation clients pour ces activités du groupe est portée principalement l'ERP Sage X3 La proposition de variantes n'est pas autorisée. Les candidats auront la possibilité de proposer des prestations supplémentaires éventuelles facultatives, telles que prévues au CCTP du lot n°2. Le montant maximum pour les prestations à prix unitaires pouvant faire l'objet de bons de commande est fixé à 50 000,00 euros HT.; Le présent lot concerne : Plateforme Agrée pour le cycle achat de toutes les activités du groupe (périmètre : BRL, BRLE, BRLI, BRLEN, PREDICT) incluant par ailleurs un système de workflow de validation des factures fournisseurs pour octroi du Bon A Payer. Le montant maximum pour les prestations à prix unitaires pouvant faire l'objet de bons de commande est fixé à 100 000,00 euros HT.
