Le présent avis vise à mettre en place un accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 77 500 000 € hors taxes pour la totalité des Titulaires et pour la durée totale de l’accord-cadre. L’accord-cadre a pour objet de définir les conditions et modalités de réalisation de prestations d'assistance technique et d'expertise en matière d'infrastructure, d'exploitation et d'intégration des applications de la RATP telle que décrites au cahier des charges. Le périmètre Production et Infrastructures IT au sein de la RATP, dont les principales activités sont les suivantes : • Le pilotage et la réalisation des roadmaps des infrastructures, • L’intégration et le delivery des applications SI, • La production des infrastructures et des applications SI. * La remise en concurrence lors de la survenance du besoin s’effectue selon les modalités prévues aux projets de marché. * L'accord-cadre sera conclu pour une durée maximum de 48 mois et se décompose de la manière suivante : Durée initiale de 24 mois à compter de la date de signature de l’accord cadre. Sauf dénonciation écrite adressée par la RATP avec un préavis de 3 mois, il sera tacitement reconduit pour 2 périodes de 12 mois chacune. * Tous les éléments relatifs à la candidature sont indiqués au Reglement Particulier de la Consultation mis à disposition des candidats sur la plateforme https://ratp.bravosolution.com/web/login.html. La forme du marché est un accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 77 500 000 d’euros hors taxes pour la totalité des Titulaires et pour la durée de l’accord cadre. Il donne lieu à remise en concurrence lors de la survenance du besoin suivant les modalités indiquées au marché. Il sera attribué à 6 Titulaires. Le périmètre Production et Infrastructures IT au sein de la RATP, dont les principales activités sont les suivantes : • Le pilotage et la réalisation des roadmaps des infrastructures, • L’intégration et le delivery des applications SI, • La production des infrastructures et des applications SI.
