L'augmentation récente des troubles au sein de l'habitat social cannois situé en QPV a conduit à la décision de la mise en place d'un dispositif de sécurisation privé afin de rétablir une tranquillité résidentielle. Cette consultation concerne une vingtaine de résidences du parc social cannois situées en QPV et organisées en trois sites majeurs : Colline, Frayère et Ranguin. (voir cartographie en annexe hormis St-Pierre et Colibris) Le Titulaire du présent marché s’engage à mettre en place un dispositif de sécurisation ayant pour mission générale de veiller à la protection des biens et des personnes situés dans l’enceinte de la résidence ou des zones déterminés. La durée de validité de l'accord-cadre est fixée à 24 mois reconductible 1 fois L'accord-cadre est susceptible de varier de la manière suivante : Montant minimum par période de 24 mois : 600 000€ HT montant maximum par période de 24 mois : 1 200 000€ HT
