La présente consultation concerne un accord-cadre ayant pour objet la prise en charge globale d’un ensemble de prestations de services, d’exploitation et de maintenance nécessaires au fonctionnement du musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac, tant dans sa gestion courante que dans la prise en charge des évènements liés à ses activités. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire, s'exécutant à la fois en part à prix forfaitaire (estimée à 47 543 335,00 € HT) et en part à bon de commande - sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 12 000 000 euro(s) HT sur toute sa durée d'exécution. Conformément à l'article L. 2113-11 du Code de la commande publique, le pouvoir adjudicateur a décidé de ne pas allotir ce marché, aux motifs que l'établissement public n'est pas en mesure d'assurer par lui-même les missions d'organisations, de pilotage et de coordination et la dévolution en lots séparés risque de rendre techniquement difficile et financièrement plus coûteuse l'exécution des prestations. La présente consultation concerne un accord-cadre ayant pour objet la prise en charge globale d’un ensemble de prestations de services, d’exploitation et de maintenance nécessaires au fonctionnement du musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac, tant dans sa gestion courante que dans la prise en charge des évènements liés à ses activités. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire, s'exécutant à la fois en part à prix forfaitaire (estimée à 47 543 335 € HT) et en part à bon de commande - sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 12 000 000 euro(s) HT sur toute sa durée d'exécution. L’accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de quarante-huit (48) mois à compter du 1er juillet 2027 au plus tôt ou à compter de sa date de notification si celle-ci intervient postérieurement. En application de l'article L.2112-2 du Code de la commande publique, l'exécution de l'accord-cadre comporte une clause d'insertion par l'activité économique. Les modalités de réalisation de cette clause d'insertion sont précisées dans les documents de la consultation
