Aeroports de Paris SA, based in France, is renewing its group health insurance contracts for reimbursement of medical expenses, covering active employees and retirees. The contracts, originally signed in 2017 and renewed in 2021, implement the collective agreement of 12 February 2007 establishing the mandatory reimbursement scheme and its amendments. They also cover retirees under earlier optional schemes, in two closed groups whose basic cover is fully funded by Aeroports de Paris, with optional extra cover paid solely by retirees. An earlier call for competition, published on 27/03/2026 under reference OJEU 211433-2026, was cancelled in the general interest to redefine the need.
