Aeroports de Paris SA, based in France, is seeking an insurer and manager to renew its group health insurance contracts covering reimbursement of medical expenses for active and retired employees. The contracts, originally signed in 2017 and renewed in 2021, apply the collective agreement of 12 February 2007 establishing the compulsory reimbursement scheme, including later amendments. They also cover retired groups from pre-2007 voluntary schemes, with base guarantees fully funded by Aeroports de Paris and optional extras paid by retirees. An earlier notice (OJEU 211433-2026, 27/03/2026) was declared unsuccessful so the need could be redefined.
