Aéroports de Paris SA in France is seeking to renew its group insurance contracts covering medical expenses for active and retired employees. The contracts were originally taken out in 2017 and renewed in 2021 under the collective agreement of 12 February 2007 establishing the mandatory reimbursement scheme for medical costs, together with its subsequent amendments. The scope also includes retirees who were previously kept under the optional schemes existing before 2007. These are two closed groups receiving base guarantees funded exclusively by Aéroports de Paris and the works council. Retirees may optionally take additional guarantees at their own cost.
