Exploitation et gestion du restaurant d’entreprise « H2 » sur le site du CEA Grenoble Les prestations comprennent : - l’exploitation et la gestion du self, de l'espace de restauration rapide, de la cafétéria et de la salle de type « Club » du restaurant « H2 » du CEA Grenoble, - la réalisation de prestations annexes (la préparation et la livraison de cocktails/buffets, de pauses café, de plateaux repas,...). Le restaurant « H2 » est ouvert tous les jours ouvrés de l’année, le midi, du lundi au vendredi (hors jours fériés et jours de fermeture du Centre). Les jours de fermeture du CEA Grenoble représentent en moyenne 9 à 13 jours par an. Le marché, d’une durée ferme de trois ans, peut être prolongé d’une année à deux années supplémentaires, par affermissement de tout ou partie des deux tranches optionnelles de prolongation d’un an chacune, intervenant six mois avant le terme du marché. Le marché comporte une option : option "Click and collect" de la restauration rapide. Les quantités de prestations réalisées ces dernières années figurent dans les document de la consultation.
