Fourniture de Licence EDR basé sur les leaders du Gartner et gestion des alarmes. Elles sont mentionnées à titre de référence, conformément à l'article R.2111-7 du CCP. Les candidats peuvent proposer des solutions équivalentes sous réserve d'apporter la preuve de leur compatibilité totale avec l'existant, sans surcoût ni perte de performance. Le contrat comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires
