Description

Appel d'Offres Ouvert en application des articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique. Le présent marché porte sur la maintenance préventive, corrective et curative des équipements de lutte contre l'incendie dans les bâtiments communaux. Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots : - lot n°1 : Vérification, entretien, et réparation des extincteurs et RIA et fourniture et pose de la signalétique, - lot n°2 : Vérification, entretien, réparation des S.S.I, Désenfumage, Porte coupe-feu et Blocs de secours. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'un marché attribué à un seul opérateur économique. Les candidats ont la possibilité de soumettre des offres pour tous les lots. Le marché (lot) est conclu à prix mixtes (prix forfaitaires et unitaires). Pour la maintenance préventive - prestations forfaitaires : les prestations sont rémunérées par application du prix global forfaitaire porté à la Décomposition du Prix Global Forfaitaire (DPGF). Pour la maintenance corrective et curative - prestations hors-forfait : les prestations seront rémunérées par application aux quantités réellement exécutées des prix unitaires fixés dans le Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU), et susceptibles de varier dans la limite suivante : 80 000,00 euros maximum pour la durée totale du marché.
