L'objet du présent accord-cadre vise à confier les prestations de maintenance des bras plafonniers des établissements du GHT Hôpitaux de Provence. Chaque lot est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande (sur la base du BPU) avec montant maximum en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le lot n°1 est passé sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 286 500 euro(s) HT/an. Lot n°2 est passé sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 170 500 euro(s) HT/an. Lors de la notification du marché, la prestation concernera l'APHM, le CH d'Aubagne, et à partir du 01/01/2026 le CH de Martigues pour le lot n°1. Lors de la notification du marché, la prestation concernera l'APHM, le CH du Pays Salonais, à partir du 01/01/2026 le CH de Martigues et à partir du 01/01/2028 le CH d'Arles pour le lot n°2.
