MARCHE DE FOURNITURE D'ENERGIES, CONDUITE ET DE MAINTENANCE DES INSTALLATIONS DE : CHAUFFAGE, RAFRAÎCHISSEMENT, VENTILATION, EAU CHAUDE SANITAIRE, TRAITEMENT D'AIR, CHAUFFAGE PISCINES ET PHOTOVOLTAÏQUE (P1, P2 et P3) DE LA COMMUNE D'ALLAUCH. La présente consultation fera l'objet d'un marché ORDINAIRE conclu avec un seul opérateur économique (procédure non allotie). Le marché à conclure a pour objet l'exécution des prestations de fourniture d'énergie, la conduite et la maintenance des installations de chauffage, rafraîchissement, ventilation, eau chaude sanitaire, traitement d'air, chauffage piscine et installation photovoltaïque de la Commune d'Allauch (prestations de type P1, P2, P3 et travaux en début de contrat). Le marché est conclu pour une durée initiale de cinq (5) ans. il pourra être reconduit (postes P1 - P2 - P3 uniquement) deux (2) fois par période d'un an, la durée maximale du contrat, toutes periodes confondues, ne pouvant excéder sept (7) ans. Marché à prix forfaitaire. les prix sont variables selon les dipossitions prévues dans le cahier des clauses adminitratives particulières. Il est prévu un découpage en deux tranches : une tranche ferme et une tranche optionnelle. Il est prévu la tranche optionnelle suivante : « Contrôle des factures élec et gaz par PDL ». Le délai limite de notification de l'ordre de service prescrivant de commencer les prestations de la tranche optionnelle court à compter du début d'exécution de la tranche ferme. Le délai affermissant de la tranche optionnelle est de SIX (6) MOIS à compter de la notification du marché. L'Administration choisit : - De ne pas prévoir une indemnité de dédit en cas de non-affermissement de la tranche optionnelle ; - De ne pas prévoir une indemnité d'attente en cas d'affermissement de la tranche optionnelle avec retard. Aucune prestation supplémentaire éventuelle n'est à chiffrer.
