L’avis concerne la mise en place d’un accord-cadre avec un seul opérateur. Le présent avis concerne un marché de défense ou de sécurité ayant pour objet « Maintien en condition opérationnelle des simulateurs au profit d’unités à terre de la Marine nationale ». Il comporte : -une part ferme ; -une part à bons de commande conformément aux dispositions de l’article R. 2362-8 du code de la commande publique ; -une part à commandes de fournitures ou services destinée à subvenir aux éventuels aléas techniques en application des articles R. 2372-19 à R. 2372-21 du code de la commande publique. La présente publication concerne uniquement un appel à candidature. Le dossier de consultation sera envoyé ultérieurement et uniquement aux candidats admis à soumissionner. Description de la fourniture ou les prestations : -Part ferme : prestations relatives à la disponibilité et au MCO (préventif et correctif) des simulateurs, aux diagnostics initiaux d’obsolescence et aux traitements d’obsolescence identifiés. -Part barème : prestations ou fournitures sur barème préétablis, telles que l’expertise de simulateurs, des trimestres supplémentaires de MCO, la fourniture et le remplacement de composants (matériels, logiciels et périphériques). Mots descripteurs : 196 - maintenance / 274 - Prestations de services / 162 - Informatique (matériel) / 163 - Informatique (prestations de services) Le présent marché a pour objet « Maintien en condition opérationnelle des simulateurs au profit d’unités à terre de la Marine nationale ». Pour la part ferme, le MCO s’effectuera sur un parc constitué de 50 simulateurs maximum situés en France métropolitaine sur la durée de l’accord-cadre. Les simulateurs permettent l’entraînement des marins notamment sur la navigation, les manœuvres, la défense, la guerre électronique, l’armement (torpilles, tourelles), le déminage et la conduite d’opérations diverses. Le marché prévoit une part ferme et une part à bons de commande : le montant maximum de la part à bons de commandes est de 3 millions d’€.
