Description

Le présent marché, d'une durée de 3 ans ferme, porte sur l'entretien et la conformité d'un parc de détection gaz et de traitement d'air respirable. Il s'articule autour de trois axes majeurs : la réalisation des contrôles réglementaires (CEPS), la maintenance préventive (étalonnage, remplacement de capteurs) et le dépannage correctif d'urgence. En complément, le prestataire assure le suivi technique, notamment l'inventaire, la veille sur l'obsolescence et la mise à jour documentaire. Le marché est extensible via deux prolongations d'un an et prévoit une phase de réversibilité en fin de contrat. Les prestations, objet de la tranche ferme, d'une durée de 3 ans concernent : - La réalisation des contrôles et essais périodiques (CEPS) pour 10 centrales de détection gaz auxquels sont rattachés 69 capteurs, 4 unités de traitement d'air respirable ainsi que les coffrets de mesures hygrométrique associés et 1 skid. - La réalisation de maintenances préventives (contrôle visuel, fourniture et remplacement des capteurs en fin de vie, étalonnage des capteurs) sur les équipements listés pour les CEPS. - La maintenance corrective des équipements (prestation de première urgence, dépannage, réparation) sur les équipements listés pour le CEPS. - Des prestations complémentaires comme l'inventaire des équipements, la mise à jour des documents, l'étude d'obsolescence des équipements, la prise en compte des maintenances de travaux effectuées par d'autres sociétés).
