Au regard de la forte proximité des sites, il est fait le choix pour assurer la maintenance des installations et les travaux, conformément aux dispositions de l'article L2113-11 du code de la commande publique, de ne pas allotir le marché pour les raisons suivantes : - Un allotissement provoquerait une augmentation des coûts car la mutualisation des moyens serait plus faible. Cela entrainerait une augmentation des charges. - Un allotissement provoquerait une baisse de la réactivité des prestataires du fait de la moindre proximité du ou des techniciens mobilisés. - La nature même des prestations à attribuer entraînant le transfert de la responsabilité totale du titulaire nécessite de lui voir confier la totalité des prestations. L'accord cadre est mono-attributaire
