Accord-cadre mono-attribué sur bons de commande et marchés subséquents. Durée de 19 mois fermes (dont 1 mois optionnel, concomitant à la phase opérationnelle, de réversibilité sortante). Les prestations attendues sont regroupées sous 3 natures : - 1. métrologie : opérations préliminaires à caractère préventif, opérations d'étalonnage ou de vérification, éventuellement opérations d'ajustage suivies d'une nouvelle opération de vérification, - 2. maintenance préventive et corrective, - 3. soutien organisationnel par le chargé d’affaire ou le technicien sur site : a) planification prévisionnelle, organisation sécurité, réceptions des demandes en coordination avec le gestionnaire de marché, b) Prise en charge des matériels sur le site du CEA Gramat, c) Logistique pour la navette hebdomadaire et pour des envois spécifiques sur d’autres sites CEA DAM, d) Emission de bordereaux de sortie, préparation des navettes hebdomadaires, gestion du retour du matériel et mise à jour de l'état des prestations réalisées sur nos outils informatiques, prestations de gestion du parc, e) suivi du matériel et des actions chez le constructeur, reporting de l'avancement de la prestation. Les principaux domaines techniques concernés sont, par quantité de prestations décroissante: électricité/magnétisme, temps/fréquence, optique¬/ radiométrie-photométrie, dimensionnel, masse/poids, pression/débit, radioprotection, force/couple, accélération, température/hygrométrie, rayonnements ionisants, acoustique. La volumétrie estimée des prestations est d’environ 1200 opérations annuelles. Les prestations incluent en outre la réalisation d’opérations de métrologie et de maintenance sur des chaines de mesures à poste sur site. Information complémentaire : 1. L’accréditation COFRAC est exigée dans le domaines suivant : temps-fréquence. 2. Certains travaux et/ou prestations de l'accord-cadre sont susceptibles d’être soumis aux règles relatives au contrôle des exportations nationales, européennes ou internationales y compris la réglementation américaine International Traffic in Arms Régulations « ITAR ». Le montant de l'accord-cadre est plafonné à 800 000 € HT.
