Le présent marché concerne la fourniture, l'installation et la maintenance de portiques thermographiques et de contrôles géométriques pour le tunnel du Fréjus. Il intègre l'ensemble des prestations et travaux nécessaires à l'intégration des nouveaux équipements de portiques thermographiques. Le marché se décompose en trois tranches : - tranche ferme (TF d'une durée de 10 mois) : fourniture et installation d'1 nouvelle voie de portique thermographique et de contrôle géométrique sur la plateforme italienne. - tranche optionnelle n° 1 (TO1 d'une durée de 27 mois) : fourniture et installation de 5 portiques thermographiques et de contrôles géométriques sur les plateformes française et italienne - tranche optionnelle n° 2 (TO2 d'une durée de 12 mois reconductible 3 fois de manière tacite) : maintenance des 6 portiques thermographiques et de contrôles géométriques. Le présent marché est un marché composite comprenant : - un marché à prix unitaires et forfaitaires pour la tranche ferme et la TO1 - un accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande conformément aux articles R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique pour la TO2
