EDF is procuring maintenance services for fire safety automation systems (automates de securite incendie) at three of its PEI power plants: Bellefontaine in Martinique, Pointe Jarry in Guadeloupe and Port Est in Reunion. The contract is structured as a framework agreement lasting 8 years, comprising a firm part of 5 years and three optional periods of 12 months each. The works cover the upkeep and servicing of the fire safety automation installations at all three island sites in the French overseas territories, ensuring their continued reliable operation over the contract period.
