Description

Les prestations à réaliser sont décrites au CCTP. Le contrat est passé sous la forme d'accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande, sans montant minimum annuel mais avec un montant maximum annuel. La durée du contrat est de quatre (4) ans renouvelable tacitement deux (2) fois par période de deux (2) ans. L'exécution du marché nécessite des investissements amortissables sur une durée supérieure à 4 ans. La durée de la maintenance est de 8 ans décomposée en 3 périodes : 4 ans pour la période initiale, puis une période d'une durée de 2 ans et, une dernière période d'une durée de 2 ans, à compter de la date d'installation de chaque matériel. La maintenance concerne uniquement le matériel acquis au cours de la présente consultation. Lieu(x) d'exécution : Territoire de la Métropole du Grand Nancy Acquisition, livraison, installation et maintenance des systèmes d'impression multifonctions pour les services métropolitains du Grand Nancy
