Description

Il s'agit, pour la Commune de Miramas, de participer à l'insertion sociale et professionnelle de personnes en situation de précarité, en les mettant en situation de travail et en situation d'accompagnement social et professionnel. Ce marché s'inscrit dans une opération qui a fait l'objet d'une consultation précédente comprenant 6 lots. Tous les lots ont été attribués, le lot 6 a été résilié. Le présent accord-cadre est une relance du lot 6 Factotum , il est passé afin de répondre aux besoins du lot résilié. La procédure de passation utilisée est une procédure adaptée ouverte. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2123-1 3° et R.2123-1 3°, L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Accord-cadre mono attributaire à bon de commande conclu pour une durée d'1 an à compter de sa date de notification. Il pourra être reconduit 3 fois par période d'1 an pour une durée totale n'excédant pas 4 ans. La quantité maximale est de 2000 heures par période Prestations Factotum
