Le présent marché a pour objet l'insertion sociale et professionnelle de demandeurs d'emploi résidant prioritairement à Grenoble, qui rencontrent des difficultés particulières d'accès ou de maintien dans l'emploi. À cet effet, la Ville de Grenoble confiera au prestataire la réalisation de prestations d'appui et d'accompagnement à l'emploi dans un cadre réel de production, axé sur des travaux de l'entretien de l'immobilier municipal (bâtiments et espaces extérieurs associés), essentiellement de peinture intérieures et extérieures. Ce marché est composé de deux lots. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Un même candidat ne pourra se voir attribuer qu'un seul lot. Ces accords-cadres à bons de commande ont un montant maximum fixé à 100 000 euro(s) HT chacun pour la période initiale. Ce montant est identique pour les périodes de reconduction, soit 400 000 euro(s) HT pour la durée totale du marché. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires Interventions sur les secteurs 1, 2 et 5; Interventions sur les secteurs 3, 4 et 6
