Description

Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. L 'objet du marché est la réalisation de l'enquête Origine/Destination (O/D), portant sur l'intégralité des lignes régulières du réseau T2C. Enquête classique des transports urbains, elle vise à reconstituer les flux des déplacements d'un jour type, tout en apportant une compréhension claire et fine des habitudes de mobilité des voyageurs. Cette enquête O/D devra : Prendre en compte l'évolution de l'offre proposée par le nouveau réseau des transports urbains clermontois, géré par l'exploitant T2C en direct ou avec des bus affrétés auprès de transporteurs locaux privés pour certaines lignes du réseau); Permettre d'alimenter le modèle multimodal des déplacements et de mettre ainsi à jour les données d'exploitation du réseau; Être un outil clé pour élaborer et/ou réviser le Plan de Déplacement Urbain (PDU) datant de 2019
