Les prestations visées par le présent marché concernent la location et l’entretien des articles énumérés sur les bordereaux de prix (vêtements professionnels et linge hôtelier) pour les 4 EHPAD gérés par le CCAS de Lyon et comportant les opérations suivantes : - La fourniture des articles conformes aux échantillons présentés, - La location linge plat et des tenues de travail - La mise à disposition d’un stock initial équivalent à environ 2,5 rotations - La livraison et l’enlèvement, y compris la livraison à j+24h en cas de quantités manquantes - La mise à disposition de tout le matériel nécessaire au conditionnement préalable au transport et le transport. - Le tri du linge dans les locaux du titulaire - Le blanchissage, l’entretien, le nettoyage, le traitement, la désinfection du linge contaminé, le séchage, le repassage, le pliage - le conditionnement et l’emballage - La traçabilité des pièces Le marquage tel qu’il est défini dans le CCTP - Le remplacement du linge usé - Le remplacement du linge présentant des tâches persistantes, résiduelles ou d’usure importante - Le rapiècement des tenues professionnelles (boutons, pressions, fermetures éclaires, ourlets, poches, accros …) et du linge plat. - Le retour des non-conformités (ex : vêtements des résidents, appareillages,…) - L’assistance à la mise en place des prestations
