EDF SA publie cet avis de marché en son nom propre, ainsi qu'au nom de ses filiales bénéficiaires directes, à savoir ENEDIS, DALKIA et EDF Power Solutions. Il est également émis pour le compte des filiales bénéficiaires d'une clause de stipulation pour autrui, qui sont ARABELLE Solutions, DATANUMIA, CCAS et Hydrostadium. L'objet du marché porte sur la fourniture de couverture réseau LPWAN pour des capteurs industriels et tertiaires ainsi que les services associés. La solution doit couvrir 70 % du territoire français pour répondre aux besoins de gestion et de maintenance répartis géographiquement. 2 lots sont prévus: Lot 1 pour la technologie Sigfox et Lot 2 pour la technologie LoRa. La durée du marché est de 4 ans fermes, renouvelable 4 fois sur 1 an; soit 8 ans au total. Le lot 1 porte sur la fourniture de connectivité via le réseau Sigfox, conçu pour des communications ultra-narrowband (UNB), idéales pour les applications IoT nécessitant des échanges simples et économes en énergie. La solution doit être conforme aux spécifications Sigfox actuelles et aux normes ETSI. Une couverture minimale de 70 % du territoire est requise, soutenue par des stations de base optimisées pour les besoins des objets connectés. Le réseau doit être conforme aux normes actuelles, notamment ETSI TS 103 645. La fréquence utilisera la bande ISM 868 MHz (Europe), conformément à la réglementation en vigueur.; Le lot2 concerne la fourniture de connectivité via le réseau LoRaWAN, conforme aux standards internationaux pour les communications IoT à longue portée et faible consommation. Cette connectivité sera conforme au protocole LoRaWAN, normalisé par l’UIT-T sous le nom de recommandation UIT-T Y.4480 « Low Power Protocol for Wide Area Wireless Networks ». Une couverture minimale de 70 % du territoire est exigée, avec la possibilité de fournir une couverture additionnelle à la demande, notamment dans des zones spécifiques non couvertes ou difficiles d’accès.
