Description

La présente consultation a pour objet des prestations d'achats d'espaces publicitaires et conseil pour compte de Tisséo Voyageurs et en application des dispositions de la Loi n° 93-122 du 29 janvier 1993 relative à la prévention de la corruption et à la transparence de la vie économique et des procédures publiques (dite Loi SAPIN). L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 3 ans à compter du 01/01/2027 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 2. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 12 mois. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 3 ans et 24 mois. Le montant maximum pour la période initiale est de 600 000,00 euro(s) HT. Le montant maximum pour chaque période de reconduction est de 200 000,00 euro(s) HT
