L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Dans le cadre des activités liées à l'exploitation de l'eau de REBM, des salles de télécontrôles disposent de moyens techniques permettant de suivre l'évolution météorologique en temps réel. La connaissance des prévisions d'intempéries et l'appui d'une expertise météorologique permettent la mobilisation des équipes spécialisées dans le cas d'événements extrêmes. Il est attendu du titulaire la fourniture de données météorologiques, l'accès à des données historiques, une assistance personnalisée avec un prévisionniste et l'intégration des données dans les processus métiers internes
