La présente consultation a pour objet la souscription de contrats de prévoyance collective au bénéfice de l'ensemble du personnel (salariés et fonctionnaires) de Allier Habitat. La consultation donnera lieu à la signature de deux conventions de participation conformément au décret n°2011-1474 du 8 novembre 2011 pour les agents relevant de la fonction publique territoriale. Il est précisé que l'adhésion des fonctionnaires publics territoriaux au régime de prévoyance « incapacité, invalidité, décès » deviendra obligatoire au 1er janvier 2029. La prestation est réservée à des professions particulières : - Entreprise d'assurance, - Institution de prévoyance, - Mutuelle, - Intermédiaires d'assurance inscrit à l'ORIAS Lot n°1 : contrat de prévoyance « incapacité, invalidité, décès » à adhésion obligatoire pour le personnel de droit privé et à adhésion facultative pour les agents FPT d'Allier Habitat; Lot 2 : contrat de prévoyance « frais de santé » à adhésion obligatoire pour le personnel de droit privé et à adhésion facultative pour les agents FPT d'Allier Habitat
