Description

La présente consultation concerne la réalisation d’une prise de vues aériennes hiver (verticales et obliques) et d’un lever LiDAR concomitant sur environ 676 km². La prestation comprendra les éléments suivants : 1. Prise de vues aériennes & orthophotographie RVB / IRC - La réalisation d’une prise de vues aériennes numérique couleur (verticale et oblique) et infrarouge (verticale) comprenant la fourniture des clichés, des paramètres du vol et d’une aérotriangulation - La réalisation et la fourniture d’une orthophotographie numérique couleur naturelle et infrarouge couleur 1. Lever LiDAR et post traitements - La réalisation d’une acquisition LiDAR haute densité avec la fourniture des paramètres de vol - Le post-traitement, la classification et la fourniture du nuage de points LiDAR acquis - La réalisation et la fourniture d'un Modèle Numérique de Terrain (MNT) et d'un Modèle Numérique de Surface (MNS) dérivés du nuage de points classé 2. Photomaillage 3D - La réalisation d’un photomaillage effectué à partir des données acquises 3. Options - Option n°1 - Acquisition LiDAR à densité renforcée - Option n°2 - Classification détaillée du sur-sol du nuage de points LiDAR Les caractéristiques détaillées de toutes ces prestations sont définies dans le CCTP. Lieu(x) d'exécution : La prestation sera réalisée sur le territoire de la Métropole de Lyon (69) et dans les locaux du titulaire.
