Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les cartes multi-enseignes permettront un approvisionnement des véhicules en carburants généralement disponibles en station-service tels que le gazole B07, l'essence sans plomb E05 et E10, le GPL, l'Adblue et l'accès aux bornes de recharge électrique ainsi que l'accès aux services associés à la carte tels que les lavages en stations de lavage, le péage autoroutier, le stationnement sur les parking aériens et souterrains pour l'ensemble des services de la Métropole de Tours sur le territoire Français et pour le syndicat des mobilités. Le titulaire met à disposition un outil de gestion informatisé des cartes et de suivi des consommations de carburants et des prestations associées. Le site proposé devra permettre une gestion quotidienne des transactions
