La présente Consultation est passée par l’Etablissement Français du Sang Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (EFS AURA). Il constitue un marché dans le cadre duquel l’Etablissement Français du Sang Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes émet seul des bons de commande. La consultation est allotie en 4 lots, chaque lot donnant lieu à un marché public. Le marché public issu de la présente consultation constituera un accord cadre mono attributaire exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. L'accord cadre sera conclu avec seulement un maximum pour 36 mois pour chacun des lots. Les valeurs estimées et valeurs maximums mentionnées dans le présent avis correspondent à des montants sur 36 mois.
